The Lodge at Croft Cottage, Godshill in the New Forest
Welcome to The Lodge at Croft Cottage
The Lodge is situated in the grounds of Croft Cottage, which is a thatched, 16th Century listed cottage. The Lodge is a very well insulated oak framed wooden lodge, heated in cold weather by oil filled electric radiators or convectors in every room and now has BT Infinity wi-fi. It overlooks the cottage orchard on the Western side and the vegetable plot and paddock on the Northern side. Outside the lodge is a Wendy house and a small adventure playground.
Included in the cost of your stay is the free use of the indoor (and outdoor when open) swimming pools, sauna and gym (gym over 16 only) at the leisure centre at Sandy Balls Holiday Village, only 300 metres away. (Not included for camping guests)
We now offer two charging facilities for campers with electric vehicles. This is done in the parking area of our cottage which is immediately next to the campsite. Charging is not allowed at the electric hook-up points on the individual pitches. You will need to arrange charging through either Bill or Helen and you will need to pay in cash after the charging and at a cost of 50p for kw/h.
